About Renee

It is hard to believe I have been calling NorthCarolina home for over 37 years! We moved to Charlotte when I was 9 months oldthen to Cary in 1990, where I attended Apex Middle & High Schools. Afterthat it was off to North Carolina State University, with my degree in BusinessManagement, I was ready to conquer the world (aren’t we all). I got into RealEstate kind of by accident, thru high school & college I assisted an agentin doing what I call grunt work, it parlayed into several differentopportunities. After graduation an opportunity to go into sales full timepresented itself & I said Heck why not?!

I have loved real estate since I was a kid,instead of cartoons, it was This Old House, yes sadly enough that is true. Iwent with my Dad every day to look at our 4 custom built homes that I grew upin to make sure everything was OK! I am a tenacious negotiator but I think thatcomes from 4 girls in one family, you have to fight for what you want and beheard. I built my first house in Apex, then did a remodel in Cary and now backto Raleigh (I couldn’t be that far from my Wolfpack!). I am passionate aboutwhat I do, to me that is the key to success, everything else falls into placeafter that. I am fortunate I found something that I love and get to work with agreat group of clientele. I couldn’t ask for a better fit or choice in career.

Although the process is similar each go around,every one of my clients has brought a special twist but it forces me to learnand grow every day! I have had the pleasure of being featured in EntrepreneurMagazine and most recently I won the Mom’s Choice Award for “Best Real EstateAgent in the Triangle” and had my big debut on HGTV’s Bang for Your Buck withVern Yip! Awesome experience and had a ton of fun being on camera!

I am a consistent Top Producer in the TOP 1%locally or TOP 50 to be exact. I am also in in the TOP 4% of RE/MAX Nationally& in the coveted Chairman's Circle. I have overseen well over 1,800transactions and managed millions upon millions of real estate. This is onebusiness that I feel experience really does count. I have a small butmanageable team that is packed with a punch. I am hands on & know thedetails of every transaction. Tech savvy and smart phone attached to my hip,your calls are returned if not answered and emails are responded to as promptlyas possible. This goes for my whole team. Basically to sum me up: I am directand to the point, I don’t mince words and not afraid to really stand up forwhat I believe in.

My team and I also regularly contributedonations of time, money, and collected items for many local charities,including Catholic Parish Outreach (whichserves over 10,000 people a month and is run 95% by volunteers!), Backpacks for Kids, and Wake Up and Read.

And I am always ready for football season as anavid member of the Wolfpack Club! I am sure several of you have your favoriteACC school to cheer for to, and if you don’t I am sure you’ll adopt one!
