Our Story:

In 2013 Valeria and her husband Steve (also a Broker) opened Asheville HOME Realty, a boutique real estate firm especially focused in personalized à La Carte service becoming in a very short time a highly recognized up and coming small real estate firm.

In May of 2016, Asheville HOME Realty joined the Keller Williams Professionals Realty family in Asheville, adding to the firm the backing engine of one of the largest Real Estate companies in the world. This affiliation gave AHR a much larger outreach power, high end technology and networking capabilities while keeping the small firm feel and focused-on the client goals. Keller Williams is today the #1 Real Estate Company in the country and one of the biggest in the world which has helped us assist local, national and international clients with no gap in service, resources and reach.

Outside of her professional career, Valeria has been involved in various community service activities, volunteering for non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity and MAIN (Mountain Area Information Network), lately, more in the "Mom Role" and being a part of the Leadership Committee at the Isaac Dickson Elementary School's PTO. True to her roots and when time allows, Valeria also serves as a Spanish interpreter for the community as well as volunteering for local organizations in the fight against homelessness.
