As the mother and grandmother of a large, blended family, Kari Berger has mastered patience, flexibility, and great listening skills. Kari was not born in Texas, but moved with her family during the summer of 1990, at the age of 16. She has watched several Texas markets ebb and flow, which has provided her with the knowledge and intuition needed to assist in rapidly identifying the best communities for her client’s needs. Educating her clients about the home buying process, whether it’s for their first home, move-up home, or your luxury dream home. Kari is willing to go above and beyond during the home buying process, by participating in deco selections for new builds, attending buyer inspection findings, sitting at the closing table, or anything else her client would like for her to assist with.
Due to her responsiveness and professionalism, Kari earned the distinguished honor of the 2011 Rookie of the Year, from the Williamson County Association of Realtors, after obtaining her license in March of 2010.
