I’m a native of New England with over 25 years as real estate professional, I aim to earn the trust and respect from my clients by listening to their thoughts and concerns carefully, I’m able to gain an understanding of their unique circumstances. My knowledge and experience enables me to provide ideas and solutions tailor-made for them – so that their transactions will be smooth and successful.

I truly enjoyed meeting with clients, discussing their needs to match them with that special property. When listing property, I have great ideas that will help owners achieve the best capital return possible. In fact, I feel that assisting with advice on staging and boosting curb appeal are some of the most rewarding parts of my job. I’m fortunate to have found a career that I love – one that enables me to use my background, training and natural abilities to change lives by reaching the clients real estate goals.

Over the years, I have designed- built and sold over 300 homes with over 100 million in sales. I’m accustomed to working with established architects and builders. I stay up with the latest information with new products, technology and structural code for new and existing homes. This knowledge makes it possible to provide reliable maintenance or renovation recommendations if needed before or after sale of a property.

I have the ability to understand budget limitations, while taking lifestyle needs into consideration.

I have what it takes to keep all parties calm and moving forward, by assuring that both buyer and seller are treated fairly and with respect.

Lastly, I know how to take the stress out of the transaction and make it a joyful occasion
