Lindsay is an experienced advisor with over fifteen years of specialization in the Durango area. Serving previously as a director of sales and marketing in the north county for a private community, she has built a strong background in luxury properties and lifestyle selling. Highly skilled and trained in advertising and marketing, Lindsay applies her industry knowledge to each individual property and client she serves. Lindsay consistently lands as a top producer in the region and was awarded as a Top 2% Producer for Coldwell Banker Worldwide in 2022. She was elected and currently serves as a Director for the Durango Area Association of Realtors.

Growing up across Colorado, Lindsay was drawn to Southwest Colorado and landed in Durango in 2007. She completed her education at Fort Lewis College and received top honors as summa cum laude, graduating with a Business Management degree. Enamored with the close community and activities offered year-round, she and her husband planted roots in Durango. Lindsay and David are parents to a beautiful and spirited daughter named Addyson. In their free time, the Lubrant family can be found playing in the mountains and rivers in all of the wonderful seasons Durango has to offer.
