About Maggie
Maggie Elmer is a Broker with The McKee Group brokered by Cashiers Sotheby's International Realty.
Maggie specialized in residential and land sales in the Cashiers Highlands area including Sapphire and Lake Glenville. She is especially excited to be a part of The McKee Group and expand Cashiers Sotheby’s International Realty in the local marketplace.
Maggie joined McKee Properties in June 2020. Prior to joining the company, she served in the sales office of High Hampton as Office Manager.
A former teacher at Summit Charter School, Maggie taught middle school math and science for eight years. She earned her real estate license in March 2019 and turned her career focus.
Maggie holds a bachelor of science in Environmental and Natural Resources from Clemson University. Upon graduation, Maggie taught environmental education classes for the City of Rock Hill Parks and Recreation Department.
Her prior employment also includes retail experience at Vivace, a women’s clothing boutique in Highlands.
Maggie moved to the area from Rock Hill, SC in 2009. She and her husband Ben, a fishing guide at Brookings, are doting parents to their French Brittany Spaniels, Pippi and Millie. A former equestrian, Maggie enjoys gardening, reading, hiking, camping, being outdoors and entertaining friends.
