About Craig

I have been in the real estate business for 8 years and have enjoyed every moment of it! I have been a full time agent since I started and strive to be avaiable 7 days a week and at a moments notice! I am married to my beautiful wife Anna and have a son Carter and mini Goldendoodle Teddy. I enjoy spending time with my family, the outdoors, traveling, and cruising the water on my pontoon! I also enjoy hockey and am a season ticket holder for the Northern Michigan University Wildcats! 

In 2021, 2020, & 2019 I was inducted into the Chairmans Club, the top 10% of realtors with the Schimdt Family Of Companies! Also in 2021 & 2020 I received the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier Award which recognizes the top 1% of sales associates worldwide! I am honored to announce I have been selected as a member of the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30 class of 2017, recognizing the top 30 realtors under the age of 30! In 2019, 2018, 2017 , & 2016 I received the Coldwell Banker International President's Elite Award which recognizes the top 3% of agents with Coldwell Banker.
