About Luis

Luis M. Yzaguirre III "Louie" was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley where he has built strong ties to his community and is recognized professionally as a trusted local expert in luxury real estate and farm and ranch real estate. His family has strong ties embedded in the history of South Texas ranch culture and have played a major role in the development of present day Hidalgo County. He attended Texas A&M University, where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Leadership & Development and obtained his Real Estate License in 2009. He currently works with Coldwell Banker La Mansion in McAllen. He is also President of SESA Wind Services, which is a Renewable Energy service company based out of Weslaco. Louie's commitment to his community began while serving on the Museum of South Texas History’s Board of Trustees from 2016-2020, and has continued with his involvement with the Friends for Hope Board, where he currently is serving as Secretary. Friends for Hope raises awareness for the Vannie E. Cook, Jr. Children's Cancer & Hematology Clinic and Louie is proud and honored to be a part of an organization that supports such a worthy cause.
