We recently bought a beach house from Stephanie Gazo Rivera and the Remax Office. We are middle aged Canadians. My husband is retired and I’m working remotely. Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable and very genuine. She was open and honest about properties we were interested in and in a few cases warned us of pending situations with areas that were of concern. We appreciated her Honesty more than I can say. She knows her stuff and is very competent and is an excellent communicator. A year ago we had a bad experience with a broker and this year we were trepidatious this year. Stephanie restored our faith in Real Estate in Costa Rica. We are planning on buying a second house with her now.

I was born in Quepos and have lived in Jaco Beach since 2009 with my husband who works as a lawyer at the local government in Jaco Garabito. We are very involved in the local community, very motivated, and always looking for new challenges and adventures. Strong moral values and family are very important to me.
After graduating from college, I started working in the Luxury Vacation Rental and Property Management business. I’ve assisted hundreds of customers.
