Susanna did an exceptional job selling our home. Her staging crew was incredible, the professional photos were amazing and her video introduction/tour was on-point. We also appreciated how responsive she was to our questions and how flexible she was accommodating us with appointments. Two teenagers and 4 dogs are a daunting task to herd in any direction but Susanna calmly scheduled blocks of time that worked best and then filled those blocks with qualified buyers. Once we had multiple offers, well over asking, she sat down with us and explained the top three offers in detail, reviewing the pros and cons of each so we could make the best decision for us. I first met Susanna at a friend’s housewarming party some years ago. My friend raved about how great Susanna was and how her experience with her was top notch. Fast forward some years, we were finally ready to take the leap and purchase our first home, so we outreached to Susanna who was thrilled to help us find our dream home! About Susanna

What's your professional background?

I earned my BS degree in Elementary Education/Special Education and BA degree in Developmental Psychology from Keene State College in 2005. I taught at a private school for a few years before teaching at an inner city school for over ten years. I earned my real estate license in 2016. After juggling two careers; real estate and teaching, and having my third child, it was time to put my energy where my passion was. When I first came into the business of real estate, a lot of my fellow agents were saying that teachers make top-notch agents. Teaching has taught me that organization and meeting deadlines is essential. Also, being creative, detail orientated and adhering to protocol, is key. Teaching has also taught me to implement good negotiation and communication skills. Also, not to mention, I can handle multiple tasks and demands.

My husband and I have been buying and selling investment properties for many years. We also own many rental properties in surrounding towns, which I assist in managing. I work side by side with my husband, who is a contractor and builder. I assist him in everything from putting together a CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) prior to starting a new project, to creating a comprehensive build plan, to selecting finishes, and then the final steps of staging a property. I earned my Certified Staging Advocate (CSA) designation through the RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) in 2020. My real estate background branches out far beyond just the buying and selling process. I have an "eye" for seeing a property at its full potential, beyond just the cosmetic appeal. Whether you're up sizing, downsizing, re-sizing or investing, I'll help make your real estate goals a reality.

What do you like about working as a Realtor?

I love the challenge of each new transaction and making it as smooth and seamless for my clients as possible. I am motivated by helping people through the real estate process. I build a good rapport and relationship with my clients. Also, giving back is really important to our family's core values. We donate to the American Cancer Society, Salvation Army, St. Christopher School, Bedford Education Foundation and National Charity League, just to name a few.

Any additional information you would like to share?

I have had the opportunity of living in four countries. My experience of living in four different countries has allowed me to develop excellent communication skills. I view each person, whether they are buying or selling, as unique and handle their needs on a personal basis. I work well with others and collaborate with them and listen to their needs. With all the diversity in my life, I am respectful, appreciative, understanding and considerate. With my experience and expertise, I am committed to you and your real estate needs.
