If you are not working with Nicole as your Realtor, you are losing out! She is always the frontliner to get you the bestttt deal, answer all the technical questions and work on your behalf to get you your Home. She is with you in every step of the process and always knows answers to the questions, before your Construction manager, Title company and Mortgage company. We have been working with her since March 2022 and we just closed on our house and she has literally been with us for every meeting, every delay and hiccup in the process. As first-time home buyers she made sure we were always well prepared for every step of the process. After working with a couple of uninterested Realtors, working with Nicole was reassuring and made us feel like we were a team! :) SHE IS THE BEST!

Nicole earned her license in 2015 and, in just two years, she became a member of Coldwell Banker’s Diamond Society (top 10% of all CB Colorado agents). She then received Coldwell Banker’s 30 Under 30 Award in 2018 for sales volume and performance. In 2018 and 2019, she became a member of the International President’s Circle (Top 5%) and celebrated being in President's Elite (Top 2%) in 2022. Before entering real estate, she earned a BA in English education from Colorado State University and worked as a teacher and office manager at a commercial real estate firm.

As a full-time area resident with a sincere desire to help others, Nicole directly assists educators at a local elementary school with their property needs. She also sponsors the Fall Fun Run every year and plans to start an annual food drive to benefit local shelters between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
