With 24 years of customer service experience, which included high management positions in the retail industry, I always enjoyed helping people. However, I did not feel that I was making any significant impact in people's life, therefore it seemed natural to switch to real estate and fight for the American Dream of home ownership one house at a time. I enjoy seeing smiling faces at the closing table and explaining the benefits of home ownership. Many of my clients during the process become friends and stay in touch with me for years. I get to see how their lives change. That makes me happy and makes me feel that I had a positive impact in their lives.
