Debra Beagle is the CEO/Managing Broker/Owner of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage in Nashville, TN; the #1 RE/MAX Team globally & the Official real estate team of NHL’s Nashville Predators.
A Multi-Million Dollar Producer during her sales career. She has personally sold over 300 homes and holds over 700 hrs of real estate continuing education & 16 designations & certifications.
Debra was awarded Realtor of the Year by the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors in 2022, and was also recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of Nashville’s Top Female Executives & Women of Influence in 2021, and by RE/MAX as U.S. Broker Owner of the Year in 2018.
She has worked for several builders, overseeing from start to finish multiple new housing developments in Nashville. She also currently serves on several HOA Boards in multiple states (TN, SC & MS). She owns property in Mexico and assists buyers in purchasing outside the U.S. as well.
Fluent & Bi-lingual in Spanish with a Cuban mother, Debra has been recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals in the Top 250 and ranked #11 in 2017. She is a founding member of the NAHREP Nashville Local Chapter and served on its Board of Directors. She has also served as board member for the Women’s Council of Realtors & is an RPAC Platinum R Hall of President’s Circle Major Investor, & currently serves on the Tennessee Association of Realtors Diversity & Inclusion committee.
In addition to her commitment to her clientele, agents and staff, Debra is devoted to her community and humanitarian causes. RE/MAX Advantage is a Children’s Miracle Network Office raising over $600,000 for CMN the past 5 years and is the #1 single office in the entire RE/MAX Network for donations raised. She regularly supports a wide range of non-profit organizations including CMN & is a Miracle Agent, Monroe Carrell Vanderilt Children's Hospital, the YWCA & its Dress for Success program, & Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
