Mary Ann Wilson is a very knowledgeable realtor. She listened to us and showed us properties that met our criteria. She was also very responsive in showing us properties that we found online. She is a strong negotiator, always keeping our best interests at the forefront. She did all of the leg work during due diligence, setting up inspectors, surveyors, etc. She also helped us find contractors for some home improvements we were interested in doing. Even after closing, she keeps in touch and offers her help and encouragement. Mary Ann is VERY good at her job and I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Mary Ann was extremely diligent and methodical in her approach to helping me in buying my new home. Mary Ann is a fantastic realtor and person. She was very professional, had thoroughly researched all current listings and past sales activity for "comp" houses and developed a great action plan to sell our house. While she was assertive and had excellent recommendations, she was always ready to listen and discuss our point of view. She also brought forward a number of suggestions as to better improve the "showing" of our house - many which were inexpensive, but created a better atmosphere to buyers. She also brought in many of her own "staging" items such as decorative pillows, vases, candles, etc. The house was professionally photographed, including the use of a drone for overhead views. After developing a great sales plan and with her direction and guidance, our house sold in two days. However, for as great as she was as a realtor, Mary Ann is a greater person. All she did for us was from her heart. She was always available and "there" for us. She always made the extra effort to ensure that all was going well, kept us thoroughly informed and always asked if there was anything she could do to for us all the time.
