Aside from being professional and always available, Kim accurately assessed the value of our home, using neighborhood comps and the unique features and benefits that she believed our house had that would attract the right buyers. She never pressured us to make any unnecessary (and costly) cosmetic changes to our home, and beautifully staged our house so that it sparkled during showings.
