We had a very difficult buying process because the sellers were elderly and had a poor real estate agent. Also the finance company placed many speed bumps in our path on closing day. Daniel decided to pursue a career in real estate in 2001 after an incredible experience buying his first home. His portfolio of properties ranges from luxury condominiums to spectacular homes and waterfront estates.

Additionally, Daniel has served on the Board of Directors for the Daytona Beach Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors®, Chaired the Technology Committee for the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®, Chaired the Grievance Committee for the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®, and most recently served as Vice-Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®.

Originally from Ohio by way of Kentucky, Daniel lives in Palm Coast with his wife, April (an actual St. Augustine native), his two children, Kaleb and Ella, and their Maltipoo, Oreo.
