Where to begin!! Steven came highly recommended from a friend of mine who has been working with him for over 5 years and purchased several investment properties in the greater Orlando area. I was a first time investor (located out of state) and had questions on how to get started, best areas to focus on, and how to successfully purchase properties that were currently tenant occupied; and Steven was able to help me achieve all of that plus much more.
