About Susan

As a third-generation Northern Nevadan, I have a deep appreciation for our region's rich history and environment.  Our love for this area moved us to renovate the historic Lake Shore House in Glenbrook.  

Holding both an MBA in Finance and an MS in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis, my career over the past 30+ years has encompassed both commercial and residential real estate - as an appraiser, counselor and investor.  Having bought and sold numerous properties, I understand the emotions buyers and sellers experience.  You can expect dedication, careful attention to detail and discreet sensitivity in making your real estate dreams a reality.

The Lake Tahoe lifestyle is extraordinary!  When not assisting clients with their real estate needs, you may find me skiing, hiking the magnificent Tahoe Rim Trail, paddle boarding on the lake or walking the beach with our dog, Sam Clemons!
