From the first time I met Mike Pierce, our Agent now Realty Broker, back in the 2009, he immediately went from being an agent to a close friend and that friendship has never wavered. From our initial purchase back in 2009 to our total remodel (after our first renters demolished the home) and then managing our home while we were renting it, but then right into the final sale of the home. I worked with Mike and Kaylie on the sale of our house and couldn't have been more thrilled with how they handled things. This is my second time working with Mike Pierce, and if I ever need a realtor in the future, I plan to use him again. I bought my first home from Mike, and when my family outgrew it, I asked him to help us sell it. He has been very helpful, and has guided me through the process of buying and selling a home. I feel that he has always been upfront and honest, and I knew he would take care of any issues that arose. I highly recommend him and his daughter as realtors!

I am Straight forward and honest. I read constantly, study new processes and ideas to better myself and am well versed in many fields. My hobby is work, and I find what I do fulfilling in many ways. I love to meet new people and to help them accomplish their goals. I have no temperament for self-centered or dishonest people. I am a family man and believe that they come first in my life. I am comfortable in front of crowds or in a one-on-one setting. I believe confidential is confidential, confidences should always be kept. I am a person that wants to know everything to the smallest detail when I am involved in a transaction. I think it’s best to always be prepared when negotiating, I believe that the emotional portion of the transaction is many times the driving factor all though the least mentioned. I am a information junky and use this to my advantage.
