About Ermeess Rivera

Born and raised in Puerto Rico. Attended Bucknell University. Obtained my Bachelors and later an
MBA.
Moved to Virginia in 1996. Originally lived in Alexandria, then in Great Falls and met my husband/business
partner, Charley Faris, a native of Virginia. Moved to Reston and later to Sterling. We now live in
Ashburn.
In 2002, I obtained my real estate license for Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. and after
three successful years became a Real Estate Broker.
Our team has extensive experience in Relocation since many of our clients are military and/or
federal government employees and contractors. We also work with a lot of First Time Home buyers
and have sold many Foreclosures and Short Sales.
In 2019 we built our own successful brokerage Faris Homes to serve our clients even better.
