· 10+ years as Realty Specialist (similar work and skills to Realtor for Federal Government) for the General Services Administration (Federal Government) in contracting for Commercial Leases, Commercial Brokerage Division.
· 8+ years as Federal Contracting Officer - duties included developing client requirements, contract specifications, SFOs, Marketing plans, negotiating and executing Real Estate Lease contracts on behalf of the Federal Government. · Marketed, Negotiated, Executed and Managed $60 Million federal contract for a 10 year lease on a 440,000 SF Building to house various federal tenants.
· 1 year prior experience with working as clerical lead for a real estate title closing attorney.
