Always Helpful He came to inspect my home and give recommendations to staging. He brought a photographer to take excellent photos. Fernando was also always available for questions and when I would reach out, I would get a response very quickly. That being said, once we finally got an offer, he made sure to review everything thoroughly and explain each section and made some recommendations. About Fernando

Fernando Capacete is a 21-year veteran in the Southern California real estate market. He obtained his license in early 2002 and began his real estate career in Orange County at a time when the market was HOT. Selling more than 30 properties his first year in business, Fernando soon had to expand his work area. In 2005 he moved to Riverside and began serving the Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.
