Bryce Henning is a certified luxury REALTOR and leader of the Centric Homes Team at Coldwell Banker Realty. Based in Prior Lake and serving the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro, Bryce brings nearly 20 years of experience and a reputation for professionalism, honesty, and going above and beyond for every client.

Specializing in lakeshore, acreage, new construction, and investment properties, Bryce delivers a luxury-level experience at every price point. His approach is grounded in the belief that a home is more than a transaction—it’s where lives are built. That mindset shapes every interaction, whether he’s guiding a first-time buyer or marketing a high-end estate.

 Before real estate, Bryce owned a landscaping business and grew up working on his family farm—both experiences that shaped his strong work ethic and attention to detail. He’s also an active member of the Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club. Outside of work, he enjoys lake time, football, traveling, and life with his wife and two daughters.
