There are a lot of real estate agents available to choses from when looking to buy or sell a home. There are truly only a few that stand out from the crowd when the market is competitive, sluggish, or negatively affected by a variety of factors (interest rates, economy, and new income tax laws) that are able to gain results in a reasonable time. Over the past ten years I had two homes that I wanted to sell, and did not have success with other realtors. Fortunately, and by chance, I met Doc Stephens of Keller Williams during an open house event in my neighborhood. Doc has the credentials, marketing knowledge, and years of experience for presenting a house to achieve the maximum market exposure. Through his capability he can differentiate a house to highlight features and benefits over other houses on the market, and provide excellent guidance through the total selling process. Thus, his capabilities combined with his real estate data base and resources make him very successful in gaining results when representing a seller. Why am I high on Doc? Well, simply put he is a no-nonsense guy that “walks-the-talk”. When other agents were not successful in attempting to sell my home; Doc overcame the negatives and sold the house.
