No need to wait! The luxury home marketing training is beneficial for real estate professionals of all levels, including those who are new to the field.

The following states have approved The Institute's 2-day Luxury Livestream for continuing education (CE) credit*:

  • Florida – 8 hours of general CE credit (Florida Licensees)
  • Minnesota – 10 hours of general CE credit (Minnesota and North Dakota Licensees)
  • New Jersey – 6 hours of general CE credit (New Jersey licensees only)
  • Ohio – 12 hours of general CE credit (Ohio licensees only)
  • Oregon – 13.5 hours of general CE credit (Oregon licensees only)
  • Tennessee – 10 hours of general CE credit (Tennessee licensees only)
  • Texas – 12 hours of CE credit (Texas licensees only)

Cancellations received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to live and livestream events are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, less a $15.00 credit card surcharge.

Cancellations received from thirteen (13) calendar days to three (3) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.

Cancellations received fewer than three (3) calendar days prior to the event or "no shows" are not eligible for a refund, but 100% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.

Through the self-paced training, you can pause and re-start training at anytime. The following system requirements are required:
