Diane Hartley | President
Diane brings her passion for luxury marketing and more than 20 years of experience growing and leading businesses to her role as president of The Institute. Diane works with our staff, trainers, members, and strategic partners to enhance the experience of membership in The Institute. She is joining our team most recently from Travis Wolff, a Dallas based CPA and consulting firm focusing on high net worth individuals, where she was responsible for strategy and marketing. Prior to Travis Wolff, Diane served in numerous senior level management roles at The Dallas Morning News, including publisher of neighborsgo, the first local social media website in Dallas-Fort Worth and companion website for the print publication. She was also the sales leader responsible for launching F!D Luxe, the award-winning luxury magazine. Prior to her tenure at The Dallas Morning News, Diane held general management and sales management positions at a number of companies in telecom, media, and publishing. Diane is active in a number of non-profits, most notably Junior Achievement of Dallas, where she sits on the Board of Directors.
Amanda Butterfield | Senior Program Manager
Amanda brings more than 10 years of business operations experience to The Institute, having overseen product development, project management, marketing, sales, and technology teams. She oversees business operations for The Institute, working with staff, strategic partners, and our expert trainers to create a best-in-class training and membership experience. Amanda formerly ran her own events consulting business helping clients expand their brand recognition and increase demand generation through experiential marketing and events. She currently volunteers for Austin Women in Technology, an Austin-based membership organization dedicated to supporting women and their career growth in the tech industry.
Jenna Griffin | Member Engagement Manager
Jenna is known for her excellence and passion in managing and implementing successful projects, programs and services. A knack for execution and ability to manage a multitude of details, combined with an attentive nature and superb customer service skills make her an incredible asset to the Institute’s team. Jenna fulfils the role of Member Engagement Manager bringing both a delightful disposition and a determination to provide the Institute’s members with a full complement of exceptional products and services. Her goal is to communicate the benefits of membership together with evaluating how the Institute can continually evolve to provide a valuable platform and outstanding experience for its members. .
Jill Smith | Program Operations Specialist
Jill came to the Institute with extensive operations experience in the boutique luxury hotel and hospitality industry. In her role as Program Operations Specialist Jill works with our members on inquiries, webinars, and at times, in person at conferences and events like Leaders in Luxury. She is a self-professed “lifelong learner” and is constantly seeking ways to improve the membership experience with her new ideas for tools and resources. Jill is an avid cyclist and is a Licensed Massage Therapist working with private clients.
Laura Saladino | Senior Program Specialist
Laura’s experience working in non-profit organizations and customer service provides The Institute with valuable insights to assist and educate our members. Laura works with our partners and live training hosts to provide positive and enriching educational experiences for real estate professionals, ensuring that our members have the knowledge and resources necessary to succeed in the luxury market. Her previous roles include customer service with The Dallas Opera and the AT&T Performing Arts Center, and she actively participates in the Dallas-Fort Worth theatre community.
Jory Kirkendoll | Lead Program Specialist
Jory has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry providing data analysis, revenue strategy, and operations support. As Lead Program Specialist, Jory applies his passion for data and customer service by improving The Institute's processes and member services. In his free time, Jory enjoys kayak fishing, gardening, and is a freelance artist who works in both classic and digital medias.
