Diane Hartley | President

Diane brings more than 25 years of experience growing and leading businesses to her role as president of The Institute. She works with our staff, trainers, and strategic partners to continuously enhance the experience of membership in The Institute. Diane served in numerous senior level management roles in her career, including the publisher of neighborsgo, the first local social media website in Dallas-Fort Worth, and companion website for the print publication. She was also the sales leader responsible for launching F!D Luxe, the award-winning luxury magazine. Prior to The Dallas Morning News, Diane held general management and sales management positions at a number of companies in telecom, media, and publishing. Diane resides with her family in the historical Greenway Parks neighborhood in Dallas, Texas, and serves as President of the Homeowners Association.

Tiffany Collins | Luxury Program Director

Tiffany is passionate about managing and implementing successful projects, programs, and services. She is responsible for all of The Institute's programs, bringing both a delightful disposition and a determination to provide the Institute’s members with a full complement of exceptional products and services. Her goal is to communicate the benefits of membership together with evaluating how the Institute can continually evolve to provide a valuable platform and outstanding experience for its members.

Jenna Griffin | Event Manager

Jenna is known for her excellence and passion in managing and implementing successful luxury events'. A knack for execution and ability to manage a multitude of details, combined with an attentive nature and superb customer service skills make her an incredible asset to the Institute’s team.

Laura Saladino | Training Program Manager

Laura’s experience working in non-profit organizations and customer service provides The Institute with valuable insights to assist and educate our members. Laura works with our partners and live training hosts to provide positive and enriching educational experiences for real estate professionals, ensuring that our members have the knowledge and resources necessary to succeed in the luxury market. Her previous roles include customer service with The Dallas Opera and the AT&T Performing Arts Center, and she actively participates in the Dallas-Fort Worth theatre community.

Jill Smith | Member Success Specialist

Jill came to the Institute with extensive operations experience in the hospitality industry and professional development industry. In her role, Jill works with our members on inquiries, webinars, and at times, in person at conferences and events like Leaders in Luxury. She is a self-professed “life-long learner”, and has recently completed a Certificate Program in Data Science. She is constantly seeking ways to improve the membership experience with her new ideas for tools and resources. Jill is an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast.

Jory Kirkendoll | Member Success Specialist

Jory has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry providing data analysis, revenue strategy, and operations support. He applies his passion for data and customer service by improving The Institute's processes and member services. In his free time, Jory enjoys kayaking, fishing, gardening, and is a freelance artist who works in both classic and digital media.
