What do Clients Say?
"At my age and with my background, I have met, known and interacted with many Realtors. Barb is at the top of the class as she does her job with a lot of heart. She is a very empathetic person and she has excellent listening skills. She has a unique ability to block out everything else in her day and be there in front of you when you are telling your story. These traits do not come easily. The bottom line is we wanted to sell our house and move. Barb looked us in the eye and said that she would get our house sold – this year – and she did just that – and at almost full asking price! "

"Barb Trousdale and her office staff were exceptional. She was personally involved to help me find the right place. She patiently showed me lots of houses and options; even supporting me in really looking at lots of homes to see what I really need. They care about you and are very professional in the whole process."
Chris H.
"Barb was nothing short of GREAT! She was there when she was needed and made everything clear and easy to understand. I would not be in this home without her!"
Tyler H.
"I hardly know where to begin! From the very beginning until the end, there was never a question that Barb was “with us” – from showing us homes on short notice, keeping us informed 24/7, and always maintaining her professionalism with her award-winning smile."
Liz T.
“The Preferred Properties team was amazing; we would like to thank each and every one responsible for the sale of our property, and we would most certainly recommend anyone to use Preferred Properties.”
