The last thing we ever expected was to come home with a property under contract. We stopped by an open house that Tess happened to be showing. The house was not to our liking. But, Tess engaged my wife and me in a 30 minute conversation about Summit County real estate in general, and what might interest us, in particular. As a result of the conversation, Tess went to the window and pointed to a house on the other side of the development and told us that was the home for us. She was absolutely correct. The next day we had the home under contract. For the next 45 days, Tess guided us through the due diligence and closing process. As we did not live locally, she handled all of the inspections, helped negotiate with an absentee Seller and guided us through the limits of what could and could not be realistically negotiated to tie up all of the loose ends. Closing concluded seamlessly. Following closing, Tess handled our furniture deliveries, brought vendors and subcontractors to the house and followed up and wrapped up multiple loose ends. There was nothing that she wouldn’t do to ensure that our home was ready for our arrival. My wife and I give Tess our gratitude and highest professional rating.
