Terry has successfully sold real estate in Northern Colorado since 1978 and taught and managed many other top real estate professionals. He is known for his dedication to the industry, commitment to hard work, prompt responsiveness, strong business ethic, and drive to achieve results. Terry also served as the Managing Broker and Vice President of Operations for RE/MAX First Associates, assisting 187 residential and commercial brokers and four office managers, supervising, problem-solving, and assisting in up to 2,500-4,000 transactions per year, answering questions, and creating solutions. He also served as Managing Broker after the RE/MAX Alliance merger. This was all in addition to maintaining top sales production and serving his brokerage clients. Terry taught real estate licensing and continuing education with Northern Colorado College of Real Estate and Front Range Community College. He also served as the 2002 President of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS as well as their Board of Directors. Terry now works full-time, servicing his clients.
