Our realtor, Suzie Adams, has broken a 35-year unlucky spell that my family has had with realtors in Austin. I just got out of the military, and I heard that the Austin-area home market was challenging. Wow! Did I hear right! Suzie was so accommodating, warm and professional with our family. And get this, she will put YOUR best interest as her priority. Never in our experience did we feel rushed or like another number to meet a bottom line. Her communication was top notch. If she couldn’t pick-up the phone, she was quick to send a follow-up text (like when I tried reaching her while she was hosting a charity event). If she’s going to be unreachable for a couple of hours, she will preemptively let her clients know ahead of time. She was so patient and adaptable when we adjusted our search. I imagine our experience would be the same as if Suzie were selling a home to her own family. She is an excellent trusted advisor and will offer feedback based on experience and market trends. At the end of the day, she is your greatest customer advocate and will go-to-bat for what you want. The service she provides is end-to-end so even when we had questions after the sale, Suzie was still there to aid us. Finding a home in Austin is a battle, and you definitely want Suzie at the tip of the spear. The volume of experience she has will unequivocally set you up for success in finding your new home.

Suzie is one of the nicest, professional realtors my wife and I have worked with over the 20 years since our first (of 5) homes we have owned. She always carried a positive attitude and really listens to your needs and is highly motivated, while having your best concerns at heart. We purchased our current home in late 2014/early 2015 and the seller's agent was a disaster. I really don't think we could have gotten through it without her and our coordinated / united efforts. Since then, she has always been eager to help when we've asked for recommendations on service companies and advice, without hesitation.
