About Kelin

As the daughter of a highly successful real estate agent, I was determined to find the same level of success in a career of my choice, on my own.  I spent years working in business management and marketing before finally realizing that the skills I had cultivated, and the work I enjoyed would make me an asset to my family's real estate business.  I am so fortunate to have been given the opportunity to join my mother, Parker Quigley, as her co-listing agent at the start of my real estate career.  It is primarily as listing agents that we have taken the top spot among all individuals and teams selling residential property on the South Carolina side of Lake Hartwell for the past two years. 

While many agents are still doing things just as they were 10 years ago, I recognize that real estate is a constantly evolving business.  In order to effectively market properties, we have to be willing to change.   Our marketing strategy includes professional photography, videography, graphic design, print, and much more.  We specialize in lakefront properties and are knowledgeable of permit regulations and other factors important in buying or selling lake property.  I also represent both buyers and sellers of off-lake homes in Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Counties in South Carolina.
