Our family was in a predicament. We were caught between the idea of either remodeling a house we loved, one that we had unfortunately out-grown, or find a new home and quickly sell our current one. Since we had used Margo Christophilis for the purchase of our home in 2013, we decided to employ her knowledge and expertise again, discussing what options we had with the buying-power from our old home. (Margo negotiated the purchase of our home in 2013 and even though we were not the highest bidder we were able to secure the home.) After several weeks of searching we found a home we loved and Margo masterfully negotiated a price below asking (price) that the seller accepted. We had our new home and to our surprise the appraisal came back at $100,000 above the sale price. When it came to the sale of our old home, Margo and her team (Justin Culver) did an incredible job of hustling, knocking on doors, holding multiple open houses every weekend to quickly turn our house. Her pricing of the old home was spot-on. With the market going in the direction of the buyer we had to come down in price from $689K and selling at $675K. With all things considered, we consider the whole experience a tremendous win. Margo and her team (Justin Culver) took what is normally a stressful situation for the buyer and seller and orchestrated it beautifully into a pleasant experience. I cannot speaking highly enough of her expertise when it come to buying or selling a home. Having worked with her on three transactions we will continue to use her services in the future.

Having Margo and her team as my realtor not only expedited the process but made the entire journey and experience a whole lot easier. We first met at a Starbucks to get an idea of what we were looking for for our home and since then she guided us through this rigorous process. She would walk us through the process, what to focus on, what adds value, and where we should focus our search. Margo was able to break it down to simple terms so that we could understand and follow her through this process. She was able to explain how the process worked, what to expect, things we should and should not worry about during the process, and so on; it was as if she had created this process herself. She basically took care of us by providing options based on our specifications in different areas and setting up appointments to go walkthrough all of those properties that caught our attention. Margo would meet us at each point and show us around the house pointing out all the pros to the property as well as all the cons as well as pointing out all the details that added value to each property. The more properties we saw, our opinions began to evolve on what we wanted for our home and Margo was able to adapt each and every time from looking into apartments, to townhouses, and finally houses. She was very patient and understanding throughout our entire process and when we finally chose a potential home to bid on Margo charged in along with us and was simply amazing. As soon as we confirmed our decision to her, she jumped quickly into action by communicating and negotiating directly with the seller while keeping tabs with us on where we were on the process. After just a few days she came back to us confirming that the seller accepted an offer. Even all the paperwork was simplified with her team. This could never had gone as smoothly as it did without Margo and her team at the helm. My recommendation to any reader still feeling doubtful to give Margo a chance. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed in the slightest. We are extremely happy with our purchase but if in a future we find ourselves looking for a new home, we are going straight back to Margo and her team for our realtors. A mother of 2 children and a grandmother of 1 so far. I love my business and my clients.
