Growing up on the Gulf Coast beaches of Florida, I developed a lifelong love for the water and coastal living. Summers were spent deep-sea fishing nearly every weekend, and that experience shaped not only my lifestyle but my appreciation for waterfront communities — a passion that still drives me today.
In 1976, I moved to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where I met my husband. We married in 1977 and soon discovered a shared interest in real estate. After attending night classes together, we both earned our Real Estate Broker licenses in 1978 and began our careers during one of the most challenging markets in history, when interest rates soared to 18–20%. Those early years taught us resilience, adaptability, and the value of hard work — lessons that have guided my 42+ year career.
In 2005, I moved to Holden Beach and joined a boutique real estate firm, where I spent nine successful years as the company’s top producer. In 2014, I made the decision to join Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage — one of the best decisions of my career. The tools, leadership, and collaborative culture have allowed me to better serve my clients while continuing to grow professionally.
I am proud to be a consistent member of the Ten Million Dollar Club, representing over $10 million in annual sales. In 2025, my Team closed more than $26.5 million in sales, with the majority of my business centered in and around the Brunswick beaches, where I live and work every day.
Throughout my career, I have remained actively involved in the Realtor® community. I have served on the Board of Directors for our local association, chaired the Education Committee, and serve on the Professional Standards Committee. In 2018, I earned my Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation after completing advanced training in Washington, D.C. — a distinction held by only a select group of agents.
