Because of our unique family situation, it was best that we moved out of the house before the sale and moved to our next location to keep medical treatments on track for a family member. This meant that we had to rely on Dana and her team of professionals to help us get the house ready for sale, and coordinate and let those teams of professionals in and out of the home. Dana went above and beyond to help us in every aspect of that process. In addition, trusting Dana in helping us decide the listing price of the house was instrumental in positioning our home in the right spot to receive multiple offers on the home, resulting in us being able to choose the best offer for us.
