Cristy and Glen are total pros and really know the area and the whole buying process. Cristy really loves what she does and it shows in her enthusiasm. She knew exactly what to do and kept me informed the entire time. She even bought and installed fire and hydrogen monoxide alarms and Glen swept the pine needles off of the roof which helped the house to pass the appraisal. Even though I was getting an FHA loan, the house closed in less than a month. This was because of Cristy's timely submission of paperwork, she was on top of it the whole time. Plus she has connections with contractors in the area that got the required repairs completed within 24 hours. This was a wonderful experience, thank you Cristy and Glen!
