We used the USAA Real Estate Rewards Program and Tammy Kerr was assigned as agent. I couldn't have picked a better agent myself for our home search. Beginning her journey in 2001, she quickly earned her Broker’s License in 2005 and founded Harbor Shores Realtors in Michigan. During her tenure with Harbor Shores, she consistently ranked among the top five agents in the area, solidifying her reputation as a top-performing real estate professional.

 

In 2014, Tammy joined the CENTURY 21® selling team, where she has continually ranked as the number one Century 21 Agent in the state of Michigan. This remarkable achievement underscores her dedication to excellence and her deep commitment to client satisfaction.

 

Real estate isn’t just a career—it’s her passion. From building and designing to decorating and selling, Tammy brings a creative and meticulous eye to every project. Her talent for interior design has earned her accolades for Best Bathroom, Best Kitchen, Best Interior Design, Best Overall Design, and Best House Plan.

 

In 2024, Tammy expanded her horizons by obtaining her Broker’s License in Florida and joining the prestigious Better Homes and Gardens team and after loving the company she decided to open the 1st office in Douglas, Michigan. Her approach blends technical expertise—grounded in her degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University—with a flair for aesthetics, honed through her studies in interior design at Butler University.

 

Outside of her thriving career, Tammy finds joy in her vibrant personal life as the proud parent of seven children in a blended family. Whether golfing, playing tennis or pickleball, boating, dancing, singing, cooking, or traveling for the holidays, she treasures every moment spent with her family.
