My wife and I were looking for a home in Salt Lake City without previously knowing any realtor to work with. We came to Coldwell Banker office about 30 minutes before this office closed and the front desk representative took us to meet Deborah. We didn’t know about Deborah at all before, but later we found that we have met the right person. We were in need of a home as soon as possible and had a target to move to Salt Lake City a week before first day of school. Deborah help a lot on house hunting until finally found the condo that we are living now. We viewed about 10 homes (probably more) from North Salt Lake City to Holladay, which is large area to explore. In this case Deborah has been very flexible in timing and was very accommodative with us. This is very helpful for us, especially because we were living in other state. Deborah has provided a lot of guidances including home inspection, home warranty and she even talked to school to give us information about school requirements. The other thing is that Deborah has done excellent documentation from the beginning until closing. Not only those, Deborah continued to help us during our move to the new home. She brought us delicious lunch at the new home after our 4-hour drive. Another big help was she connected our family with another family in the community. So to any one who are looking for home in Salt Lake City, I strongly recommend Deborah to work with.

Deborah grew up in Utah and Colorado, was a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines, and has traveled extensively. Deborah graduated summa cum laude from Utah State University earning a bachelor’s degree in Education and taught middle school in Utah for over 10 years. Deborah began her real estate career in Pittsburgh, PA where she was named Rookie of the Year and earned a five-star reputation. Back in Utah, she is dedicated to making the home buying or selling process as stress-free as possible.
