If you’re looking to buy or sell your home, you have to reach out to Chris Phillips. You won’t be disappointed. My husband and I met Chris at an open house and ended up talking to him for over 30 minutes. When we left, my husband looked at me and said, “He’s our realtor.” To say I’m picky, OCD, or Type-A is an understatement. I was getting discouraged with the process and not finding any potentials for our new home, and then we met Chris! Chris isn’t pushy like some. He let us go at our pace and was amazingly flexible with his time to show us properties even with our crazy work schedules. Chris LISTENS!!!! He asked us to prioritize our needs and wish list items and then helped us to weigh the pros and cons of properties using our lists. Because he listens, within a week or two, Chris had the perfect home for us in mind. Again, going back to his amount of patience, I continued asking to see other properties. On the third time of seeing his recommended house, we knew it was the one and made an offer. Wish I’d just listened to him from the start. He knew more about what we wanted and needed than I did. Chris is extremely helpful in both buying and selling a home. He was always available for questions and took time to explain the processes to us. Even after buying and selling our homes, Chris still checks in to make sure we’re doing alright and asks if we need anything.Again, if you’re in the need of a realtor, Chris Phillips is you go to guy!
