Me and my husband first moved to Florida last December and we’re renting a home. When my husband got his new job, we knew we were going to stay in Florida for a while and as a new married couple the next step was to find our first official home! We met with Doug and told him all that we needed in a new home. He was able to provide that and more. As new home owners we had lots of questions and he answered them all! He didn’t take advantage of us being new to this and instead he guided us in the right direction and asked questions we didn’t even think of. We highly recommend Doug and his lovely wife Janelle to anyone looking for a place to call home. They’re beyond wonderful and made our house hunting process a short and amazing one! Thanks again! I had an amazing experience with Doug and Janelle Duncan who went above and beyond for me. I closed this past Monday on a beautiful pool home with spa that I could have never imagined owning. At the closing I was given a beautiful gift basket to start life in my new home. These two people have completely changed my life and have become family because I know for a fact they will always be there for me. If you are looking to purchase a home call them and you will immediately see what I am talking about.

About Douglas

We are Doug and Janelle Duncan, the Duncan Production Team at eXp Realty. We are a married couple, going on our 17^th year in real estate. We have been married and have the same life goals, causes we are passionate about and similar interests.  We are best friends and have extensive knowledge in architecture, staging and design, and with that trust and commonality,  it makes it seamless as we help our clients find the right homes and sell their homes for top dollar and create that WOW factor that gets the best success.

The real estate market has been ever changing. We have experienced so much through balanced times, aggressive times and when everything completely collapsed. These issues just sharpened us for each shift that was next. We learned early on that keeping relevant in the market and focusing on the highest level of education is vital. We both have our brokers licenses and have designations (focused education) in luxury sales, military relocation, short sales, divorce sales, working with seniors and investing.  We have been able to successfully negotiate the very best contract prices and terms for our clients, whether they are buyers or sellers and build repeat business and referrals from our raving fans.  That totally warms our hearts!!

It is not about the sale for us, it is about much more for the two of us.  It is about our clients!  We want the best for each one of them.  Our desire is to please God in everything we do.  That means taking the best care of our client’s real estate needs that we can and making sure they feel really cared for.  We will be the guide and help make the best decisions possible.  Of course, at the end of the day, it is your decision.  But we will have your back through the entire process.  We believe in giving our clients all the information and answering all questions to make sure they understand every detail. Many times, we will take care of issues before they are even aware, just so we can keep them out of harms way and to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.

There are several factors that we will help with to make sure our clients make the best investment. The type of property, the location, and the timing of the purchase.  We can analyze all those factors to make sure you are making the best decision possible. We don’t have special eyes to see the future, but we have been able to see what is the most marketable types of properties that will gain the most equity verses other properties.
