What do Clients Say?

Rosie really listened to our needs and wants in a new house. She did not waste our time showing us houses out of our budget or without the criteria for which we were looking.

Anas

Rosie was great. Very knowledgable and professional. I have already recommended her to my friends. It was a pleasure having her as my agent. Everything went very smoothly during the purchase of my property. I will definitely use her again.

Hecht

Rosie is awesome - she never missed a beat from the listing to the closing of Escrow - she was on it. And we found a wonderful home thanks to her diligence. She is the best!

Rauchfuss

Since we live 2600 miles away, Rosie went above and beyond. Tenants had left the home in poor shape. Rosie worked with my contractors, making suggestions on what had to be done, colors, etc. The result was an outstanding product which she proceeded to sell, keeping us updated at each stage.

Meyer

Excellent agent, stuck with us through the entire process. Always easy to contact when needed. Will not hesitate to give her name to others looking for a home in the area. She made is a good experience.

About Rosemary

I'm with Realty One Group Mountain Desert located downtown Prescott. Realty One Group Mountain Desert is one of most productive brokerage in Prescott and Phoenix because it fosters a helpful and supportive culture. Additionally, exceptional client services are the brokerage's number one priority.

Successful real estate transactions are a result of open communication, particularly regarding the needs and expectations of my clients and market conditions. I also understand that every client has unique requirements and circumstances. While being very experienced with real estate transactions, the journey to achieving a new successful transaction is unique every time. I'm able to provide flexibility in my schedule and a high level of responsiveness to the changing needs of my clients, in order to better serve them.

Being a former horse owner of 30+ years, I also understand just what an equine enthusiast is looking for and know the best places to go trail riding and camping. However, I would never want to leave the car enthusiasts out, so I can also find anyone the home of their dreams with a perfect garage for their horse powered art collection.

Along with being a memeber of the Institue, I am also honored and privileged to be part of DRS Agent Network. I'm able to help physicians, nurses and any medical staff in the search for their next dream home. For you possibly being new to the area, I will strive to make you feel at home and welcome in your new environment. If you need to make a move elsewhere and need to sell your property, I will assure you that I will make it as stress free as possible and because of your busy schedule will be here every step of the way. In either case, I will and can refer you in the right direction with my contacts of movers, painters or whatever is necessary.

The founders of the DRS Network had been working with relocating doctors for many years focusing on the financing component of buying a home. They noticed that many doctors, especially those moving to a new city, had difficulties finding a trusted, reputable agent that helped them the way they needed to be helped. Many of these doctor's asked the founders for assistance in locating an agent. Led by Danny Frank, the DRS Network was developed to remove "Find an Agent" from the doctors relocation checklist. The pre-screening and vetting process developed to join the network ensured that the agents helping doctors were among the best suited to work with doctors.

As the Matches were a great benefit to doctors, the network has grown so that today it spans the country and provides training and a designation for the agents in the United States that are the most active in working with their local medical community.
