For more than 25 years, I've successfully guided home buyers and sellers through the sale and purchase of hundreds of residential properties.  I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience!

When I find the right home for you or your client, I'll present the purchase offer for consideration and negotiate the contract on your behalf. In addition I will help coordinate the property closing, oversee the signing of all documents and disbursement of funds by working closly with the lender, title and escrow agents.
