What do Clients Say?
I worked with Austin to sell my home in Jefferson Chalmers and I couldn't be happier with my experience working with him. Austin's knowledge of the market and ability to get things done is second to none. What you get with Austin is a true professional who clearly loves his work and gives 110%. I look forward to working with Austin on my next real estate transaction.

Austin is a true professional. He delivered on all aspects and successfully closed my transaction at a value significantly above expectations. His reputation and name recognition generated considerable interest for my property. His responsiveness and availability were key factors to the success of this transaction. Austin is astute and insightful; presenting facts and data to support his position. I highly recommend Austin to anyone interested in selling or buying real estate.

Austin was extremely helpful in helping me purchase my first home. It was a long process because I did not know what I was really looking for, so I appreciate him sticking with me through the year. He was able to direct me to homes that he thought would fit me well, even when I was unsure of the properties initially. By doing more than just showing me homes I requested, I ended up with a property that I love and would never have gone out to see had it not been for Austin's recommendation. Once the home was under contract, Austin ensured every box was checked from my inspection period/inspector, to getting a timely quote for insurance, to closing, to even after closing handling my NEZ transfer, giving me detailed instructions to ensure my property transfer was completed on time, and my HSE was filed. I cannot recommend anyone higher than Austin when it comes to Detroit real estate.

As a first time home buyer, Austin was very patient with us! I would highly recommend him as he was nearly always available to talk things out if we had any questions. He broke the very stressful process of purchasing a home down in a way that made us very comfortable every step of the way. Thanks for everything Austin!

Austin was fantastic throughout our entire process. He is an expert in Detroit and it's neighborhoods. We purchased an older house and the process became complicated (as they sometimes do) Austin really helped finalize the process. If you're looking for a house in Detroit or it's suburbs, he's your guy.
