Lisa Rayman is a dedicated, and experienced business owner and REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty. After many years managing startup companies, Lisa chose to focus her energies full-time on a different passion: real estate.

Lisa brings years of experience to the table in all facets of the business, from resale and new construction to development, custom builds, and land acquisition. She has earned her status as a Certified Global Luxury Property Specialist, Masters Club Member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®, top producing agent for Coldwell Banker receiving the international society for excellence awarded to fewer than 1% of Coldwell agents worldwide.

Whether you are relocating from another area, purchasing your first home, selling your fifth investment property, or building from the ground up, Lisa's passion for helping others brings considerable value to her clients and fulfilling their real estate dreams and exceeding expectations. Originally from Toronto, and relocating to Sacramento, Lisa graduated top of her graduating class at California State University, East Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and special focus in Nutrition. A resident of Sacramento for almost 22 years, she currently resides in East Sac with her family. Lisa is extremely involved in not only her real estate and overseeing her construction company, but as a soccer mom, lacrosse mom, snowboarding mom, marital arts mom, and dog mom! In her spare time, Lisa enjoys traveling, hiking, visiting nearby wineries, frequenting her favorite dining spots, activities with her doodle Lola and soaking up all of the time she can watching her son’s activities.
