Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Ronnetta and her husband, Tom, spent nearly fifteen years relocating throughout New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., during his distinguished career with the United States Secret Service and later his appointment as United States Marshal for the District of South Carolina. Like so many of the families she serves today, they experienced the excitement, uncertainty, and emotional weight that often accompany buying and selling homes while balancing demanding careers and raising a family.
One exceptional real estate professional changed the course of Ronnetta's life.
During one particularly challenging move, that agent became far more than a real estate professional. Through compassion, patience, expertise, and unwavering advocacy, she gave Ronnetta's family peace of mind during a season when they needed it most.
That experience never left her.
It inspired a simple but profound goal: to become the kind of real estate professional every family hopes will be standing beside them during life's biggest decisions.
After earning her real estate license in 2015, Ronnetta quickly established herself as one of the Upstate's top-producing agents. Six years later, she earned her broker license and founded Griffin Fine Real Estate, choosing to build an independent brokerage where quality of service would always take precedence over quantity of transactions.
Choosing independence gave Ronnetta the freedom to build a company according to her own standards rather than someone else's. Every decision at Griffin Fine Real Estate, from marketing and negotiation to communication and client care, reflects her belief that excellence is never accidental and exceptional service should never be compromised.

She is joined by her son, Thomas Griffin, who serves as Realtor® and Director of Client Relations while pursuing his own Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® designation. Together, they are preparing the next generation to uphold the same standards of professionalism, integrity, and personalized service upon which the brokerage was founded.
Beyond her work with clients, service has always been central to Ronnetta's life.
She is a founding board member and Vice President of the Independent Brokerage Collective, served as the founding Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Miss South Carolina Volunteer Pageant, served a a board member for the Miss South Carolina Scholarship Organization (Miss America), is a board member of the Iron Disorders Institute, and is Chief Executive Officer of Ironology Health Solutions, where she advocates for greater awareness of iron deficiency anemia. She also remains active in charitable and community organizations throughout the Upstate.
Above all else, Ronnetta believes real estate is about far more than property.
