As a novice in real estate sales I needed help selling 2 houses. Alyse Carter was able to assist me in preparing the houses and property for selling. She used social media, face book, emails to realtors and open houses to market the homes. She made herself known to neighbors and kept them up to date. Alyse was so helpful and knowledgeable! When we were ready to sell she came and sat with us and walked us through the listing/selling process and answered all of our questions. (Which were a lot, being first time sellers) She went above and beyond to help us get our home ready and even helped us stage the house for maximum effect! Throughout she was so patient, answered even more questions, and helped us through every step of the process. She was quick to answer a call or text, even if it was to say she'd get back to us shortly. Which was so important to me because I never felt like I was being ignored or pushed to the side once she had listed the house. We bought the home with Alyse and sold the home with Alyse and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. She is amazing and really knows her stuff. Going with Alyse Carter was a good decision on our part! Alyse was able to find us a buyer within 1 month on the market but unfortunately that contract was unable to close, but before we found out that it could not close Alyse secured a backup contract for cash, and when the first contract failed to close the backup went into effect and we were able to close within 2 weeks! A very professional agent. I myself am a real estate agent, but understand that my representing myself may not be the best way to go. And I was right, as my ego got the best of me a couple of times and Alyse was able to work me thru it. In a real estate deal, it is not normally finding the buyer that is the hard part, but keeping the contract together is the hard part, and that is where Alyse earns her commision! A great negotiator, and, real estate agent, able to see the contract all the way till closing.
