When we came down to Bentonville for a house-hunting trip, Lou Ann had everything in order and even reached out to her network to find an unlisted house that was in the neighborhood we wanted. Us living out of state during the three weeks between signing and closing didn't negatively impact things because Lou Ann managed all of the appraisal, inspection, walk-throughs, and lender details and kept everybody on track so that we were able to close on our home on an expedited timeline.
