Buying a house can be a daunting task, especially for first time buyers. For us, it seemed like every person we know has a realtor friend, and I am sure they do an amazing job, but let me tell you about Jacqui. I don't think I have ever met a realtor who genuinely puts your wants at the forefront. Sure, they help guide you a little but you just point out what you like and they show you. Not Jacqui. For us, it was as if she knew exactly how to personalize each tour and pointed out houses that truly fit our personality and help steer us away from homes that may cause us issues later down the line. She was always a text away and was never intrusive. She made our home buying experience fun! Even when things start to bog down and you feel like there is so much to do, she keeps you motivated! What I liked best about Jacqui was she kept us in "the know" and gave us the numbers up front - she was pretty accurate at ballparking the mortgage too, which made our selection SO much easier. I highly recommend her - she truly is the best in Destin!

Jacqui has helped me buy a house and then sell it when I had to move due to a job change. She was fantastic during both processes - very knowledgable and caring through both the buying and selling process. She was the calming force during the storm of moving, changing jobs and overall life chaos. During the selling of my home, Jacqui was transitioning in her job also, and she along with all of us, was dealing with the changing world during the pandemic. She did not skip a beat but just kept moving forward with her positive sunny disposition. Now to the most important reason I'm writing this post. I have moved out of the area and am attempting to purchase a home in the Tampa area of Florida. Unfortunately, my current agent is not as knowledgeable or responsive as Jacqui. Truly the best you will find in the area! The NW Florida area has hundreds of choices of realtors and so choosing one can be a daunting tasks. Today we rely more and more on reviews and social media. Our family values that but more than ever we value a personal friend providing a recommendation. About 6 months ago we decided to sell our house in Rocky Bayou but knew we wanted to list in January since our new house would be ready around March to April. About Jacqui

As a Florida native, I was born with my toes firmly dug into the Emerald Coast’s sugar white sands. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and more than 20 years of experience cultivating relationships in the community, I have worked with all levels of business professionals, from corporate CEOs and presidents to small business owners and local restaurateurs. Whether at a ribbon cutting through the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce, a community celebration or an open house, I want to meet everyone!

As a military wife, I’ve spent time exploring the country alongside my recently retired husband, who served honorably in the United States Air Force. Our military career took us from Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico to RAF Lakenheath in England and Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas.

Sitting still is not my strong point, so I’ve sought out a variety of opportunities to learn new skills and share my experience with others, excelling as a property manager, an advertising sales coordinator, and a manpower analyst and civilian liaison for the Air Force.

My time as a military wife, who raised three children in the process, was an unforgettable experience. Going through the relocation process firsthand on multiple occasions gave me tremendous insight and knowledge about the lifestyle and nuances faced by military servicemen and servicewomen who have to pick up their homes and move to a new city every few years. If you’ve ever stepped foot on one of our beaches, you can’t escape the calling of the Emerald Coast’s cool ocean breezes and emerald green waters, so after my husband retired, we came home.

Given my passion for community and building relationships, I joined the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce as a membership consultant, where I worked hand in hand with local business owners on a daily basis. During my time at ResortQuest, where I served as marketing manager for Destin, I helped develop and execute marketing strategies aimed to grow revenue and optimize ROI for our promotions and campaigns.
