Our family was lucky and privileged to work with Stephen Lau and FayeRen-Lau team to sell our home in Edmonton, Alberta in summer 2021 and their service was outstanding! Before proceeding with Stephen and Faye, as our real estate agents, we tried to work with another agent, and it was not the most pleasant experience. When we decided to work with Stephen and Faye, we learned that selling a property requires the realtors to invest time and efforts to understand the selling strengths and features of the property, efforts to promote a listing through their website and through their social media presence, and time and effort conducting relevant and comparative data analysis. Both, Stephen and Faye are very professional and seasoned realtors who made the whole selling process very easy while taking numerous extra steps to ensure that we were fully satisfied in the process. For instance, during our first “greet and meet” they immediately saw and suggested ways to improve our chances to sell the house by working with the professional designer to utilize our furniture in the most effective way, and then arranging to have professional photographs and 3D video taken with all the exact measurements of every single room in the house. They spent hours answering our questions throughout the entire process, including providing constant “hand-holding” and reassurance for each of the showings and being available 24/7 during the sale process. Our house listing looked amazing, and our house went under contract within a month after being listed at 1.6% under the asking price.
