Carol was excellent. She told me what to do to my house like repairs etc. to make sure I can get top dollar. My house went on the market and on the first day had 2 offers and took one of them. I close on my house lest then 30 days after it went on the market. I really like how she gets back to right away. I don't think I ever waited longer then one hour for someone to get back in touch with me if I had a question.
