About Kelly
Kelly Ludwig has been working in real estate since 2010, and in that time she has built something most agents spend a career chasing: a client base that comes back, refers friends, and trusts her completely.
Before real estate, Kelly ran a private estate management practice and a bed and breakfast, and managed a private estate for a high-net-worth family office. She earned her degree from the University of Findlay's Equestrian Program and Ohio University in Advertising. That background isn't incidental. It shaped how she thinks about property, discretion, and what real service actually looks like.
Today, Kelly and her husband David Ludwig lead the Ludwig Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, specializing in luxury homes, estates, farms, and land across Columbus, Delaware County, and surrounding communities. Together they bring 47 years of combined experience and a track record built almost entirely on repeat clients and referrals — with the same attention to detail whether the property is a $200K condo or a multi-million-dollar estate.
Their work with the CB Global Luxury platform extends their reach globally without losing the local knowledge and personal accountability that defines how they work. Kelly's background gives her particular fluency in horse properties and agricultural land — a niche that requires more than marketing skill.
Outside of work, Kelly spends her time with her family, cooking, gardening, and boating. She and David are committed supporters of programs serving individuals with Down syndrome and special abilities, causes that are personal and close to home.
